Ian Padgham!

Ian Padgham is a Vine artist. He does stop motion films for advertising for places such as Home Depot and he also makes vines about random funny stuff and also places in his area that have been destroyed that hes showing his respect to. If you are interested at all and would like to see more of the work that he has done than here are the links to his profiles..

Ian Padgham has 359,800 Followers and 52,146,125 loops. Ian mainly does Vines about random and funny stuff but all of the Vines that he does is Stop Motion which I think it really cool. His vines are always so creative and look really cool and you can really tell when he makes his vines that he puts a lot of thought into it and makes it as good as he can. Ian mainly uses Vine for his creations but he also uses Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The reasons that I had chosen him is because I was in a rush to get my work done at the last minute but once i took a look at some of his work, I thought that it was actually really cool and I wanted to use his work as my assignment. Ian calls himself a video producer. What makes his work successful is that he is so dedicated to his work and the fact that he does advertising for big corporations such as Home Depot has made him pretty big. The reasons I enjoy their work is because hes so creative and such a cool guy to watch, he shows so much creativity in his work and works as hard as he can and you can really notice that when you take a look at his work. I didn't notice any flaws in his work actually as I was watching it.

Questions I Have For Ian:

1. How do you do stop motion for good?
2. When did you first start doing your stop motions?
3. What made you want to do stop motion vines in the first place?
4. Who was the first person you did advertising vines for?
5. Can I be in your vines? aha
6. How long does it normally take to make one stop motion vine?

Here is some of Ian's work that he has done that I have found very interesting and cool!

Clay Art!

Over the past while. My class has been working with Clay on and off, building whatever comes to mind and whatever we like, NOW this is my 3rd or 4th time trying this and this time it FINALLY worked and it looked the way I wanted it too! :) this took me about 2 weeks to shape, carve and paint! What I did was I took a big slab of clay and i shaped it into this metal pie plate thing. Than i dropped it from about eye distance off the ground and it would take shape of the plate. Th i would carve out my words and designs and than i CAREFULLY removed the clay from the plate and let it dry so i could paint it and this was my end result! :) i am very satisfied! Let me know what you think!! Thanks :)

Paper Making!

For art we had to make Paper from scratch, We ripped up used paper and put it in a blender and we were allowed to add anything else we might want to make it look cooler, I put different colored papers and parsley spices and some sparkles to make it have a cool kind of look to it, I did that for a couple pieces of paper, I made 7 sheets of home made paper and I was very satisfied with how they turned out! :)

At first I was having some troubles with how I should Bind them together and make them look good, i wanted to make them into a book basically. I ended up using a hole punch and tying ribbon through them to keep them all together and it looked pretty good!
I did also help two of the Special Needs students Howard and Roy make some paper of their own, I wasn't sure if I'd have permission to post any of the pictures I was in with them during the process so none of the picture will be added but their papers also turned out so good and I am glad to have been a part of helping them make some cool pieces of paper! :)
Yesterday for Art we saw an empty Hornets nest outside that looked pretty cool so me and Mrs.Rose thought it would be cool to make that into paper as well and it turned out like this:

The second attempt ended up failing because we added too many sticks but the end results looked good! Tell me what you think! :) Thanks

Clay Art Project!

For Art we started working with clay and we could make anything we wanted! As long as it was appropriate for school!! I chose to make a deep dish plate. Simple enough right? NOT EVEN CLOSE! -_-  making it and cleaning it and designing it while it was fresh clay was no problem at all. It was actually fun! The part where i tried to let it dry was a pain in my butt!! The clay cracked every single time. All over. There was no fixing it. I did it twice and i gave up. But i did take pictures. The design basically describes what goes on in my head all the time... teenage drama, heartbreak, confusion, hurt, etc... it just made sense. Hope you guys like it! Comment and tell me what you think. Thanks! :)
